I CAN'T LOGIN
If you can't login, we recommend trying the "Reset Account" feature.
The "Reset Account" feature will check the system to see if your email address matches. If there is a match, it will assist you in resetting your username and/or password and log you in. If there is no match, it will let you know so you can create an account.
If you are uncertain whether you have a login to My Calvary, or if you know you have an account but can't remember the username or password, you can use the "Reset Account" feature as well.
Check for an existing account
From the "My Profile" page or any login screen, click on the "Reset Account" button. Click here
to launch the "My Profile" page in a new browser tab.
You will be prompted to enter your email address and click on the "Reset Password" button.
Email doesn't match
If the email address you enter does not match any email we have on file, you will be presented with a message and "Create Account" button.
If you have ever had a child attend Children's Ministry at Calvary, or if you have ever given to Calvary, you likely already have an account. Rather than creating a new account, please contact the church office so we can update your email address. Once your email address has been updated, you can use the "Reset Account" feature again.
If you are new to Calvary, have never had a My Calvary account, never donated to Calvary, or never had a child attend Children's Ministry, feel free to use the "Create Account" button to create a new online account.
If your email matches the system, you will receive a message that instructions are being emailed to you. Open your email and click on the link provided in the instructions.
Set username and password
When you click on the link in your email it will take you to an account verification screen where you can update your username and password. Provide a password, confirm it by entering it a second time, and click on "Submit". This will be the username and password you will use anytime you need to login to My Calvary.
Congratulations, you have now updated your My Calvary username and password. You will be automatically logged in to the "My Profile" page where you can update your contact information. You also have access to the other secure pages on My Calvary (My Giving History, My Purchase History, My Year End Statements, and My Events).
I FORGOT / DON'T KNOW MY PASSWORD

HOW DO I MANAGE MY RECURRING DONATION
Manage recurring donations on the My Giving History
page, under the My Recurring Gifts section. If you don't see your recurring donation listed, please contact us
so we may assist you further.
I CAN'T PICK A CAMPUS OR DESIGNATION WHEN GIVING
Some users have reported when they attempt to give, the Campus or Fund Designation drop downs are blank and nothing can be selected. This appears to be an issue with older versions of Internet Explorer. We recommend trying a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, or Safari) if you are experiencing this issue.
